I first came across this drink in Lucerne, Switzerland. I love Campari, but have always had it in a Negroni. This is a great twist on the Aperol Spritz, and you can even serve it in a high ball glass instead of a stemmed glass. Either works!

For the Campari Spritz:
1 and 1/2 cups Rosé Brut Prosecco
1 cup Campari
1/2 cup Squirt (Grapefruit soda)
Small lemon, seeded and cut into 1/4"-1/2" thick slices
In a mixing pitcher and in this order, add the Prosecco, Campari and Squirt. Stir with the stirring wand until well combined. In a stemmed wine glass, fill with ice and then pour over the Spritz. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy.
